NUA-MAE accepts the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal (where available)

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

4. Billing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information when placing an order. If we identify incorrect or incomplete billing details, we may contact you to verify the information before processing your order.

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with the relevant payment provider where appropriate.
