How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, and add your chosen items to your basket. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nua-mae.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we'll always do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been placed successfully, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. You'll receive another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery takes approximately 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return costs.
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days before the funds appear in your account.
